Critical bug in vmware server, SQL assertion problem

I am having this problem too...

And it is a production server, I'm in trouble

Just to register, and in hope vmware will correct the problem, I'm facing same problem as:

Host: Linux Slackware 12 kernel 2.6.21.7 (used 2.6.22.2 too) vmware server 1.0.3

Guest: Windows 2003 enterprise, SQL Server 2000 (8.00.2187)

Will try to set my virtual disks to independent-presistent disks, does anyone had tryed this? I just can't do it right now, have to wait until we get out of work hours ...
