SLES 11 SP2 (kernel 3.0.13) as guest in VMWare Server 1.09 ?

Hi,

is there a possibility that SLES 11 SP2 (kernel 3.0.13) will run smoothly in VMWare Server 1.09 ? Or maybe in VMWare Server 2.0 ?

I have a guest with this OS and it's running incredibly slow (30 min for booting !), and sometimes it stops unexpectedly. Are there any solutions for these problems ?
