VMWare 1 Server network configuration gone haywire.

Hardware is an HP DL360 G5 with dual network cards.  VMnet0 is auto-bridged to the first NIC, and VMnet2 is set for the second NIC.  Running two VM's, one on each VMnet.  Suddenly, and without warning or clear indicator, I cannot get both VMnets to see the whole network.  On VMnet0, they can see each other (the VM's) and the host, but not the rest of the network, and on VMnet2, they can't even see the host.  This system has been running in this configuration for a couple years now, and I cannot determine what caused it to go ballistic.  All server hardware, firmware and drivers for the DL360 G5 have been updated...it just seems as though VMWare is done working.

May just have to image the VM's or convert them to XenServer if no one can help shed any light on this...it makes no sense.  I wish I'd changed something so I could blame myself for it.
