virtual arcnet card in VM

Hello, I am using the linux(kernel 2.4) in vm workstation8.0. Is it possible create a virtual arcnet card in vm host, and make bridge to hardware arcnet card ?

If not, How should I use other way to make bridge to the hardware card?
