MAC Address keeps changing on Guest OS

Hi everyone,

I suspended one of our Win2k3 guest machines and moved it to another vmware server and now i constantly get disconnected from our TS. I've logged into our router and noticed that it k eeps changing MAC address back and forth.

arp: 192.168.0.16 moved from 00:18:8b:51:04:99 to 00:0c:29:60:41:7e on em1

arp: 192.168.0.16 moved from 00:0c:29:60:41:7e to 00:18:8b:51:04:99 on em1

I'm kind of stuck at this point since I'm fairly new to administrating vmware server.

any advice is greatly appreciated,
