IP address conflict

Hi Community

I have this problem none of the sites on my virtual machine are reachable. I am running windows 2003 host with vm server 1.0.6 witht he same operating system. It seems to occuredd after i did a restart of the host server. It did power off the vm after it restarted. when it restarted it had this problem. Looking through other posts this seems to be a config problem not a vmware problem . if somebodt could have alook at the ip config files below and let me know if they can see anything that would be Fantastic
