vmware server internal monitor error

Hi guys i have this problem for a while now

i think it might have to do with my host video card but i have o idea now

 

my guest servers turn off suddenly

my log give this error

i have guest machines

with windows 2000 server

and ubuntu feisty

my host os is ubuntu drapper drake 6.06 LTS  64 bit edition

 

my kernel is:

 

 

2.6.20-16-generic

 

 

 

 

my server is a power edge 1950

 

 

 

 

8 g ram

 

 

 

 

2 quad core of 2.00 ghz

 

 

 

 

its really killing my servers please help out
