SR2400 INTEL Server w/ ESX 3.5 VMware

I need some assistance if someone doesn't mind helping me on this. VMware 3.5 installs awesome on my SR2400 server, I thought everything was finished up and realized when I went to my console server (2.5 virtual center) and realized I couldn't ping the 4 boxes I assigned as 3.5 ESX servers. I found out I need drivers to see the network card on these 2400's, I have searched Google, etc and found lots of WINDOWS based drivers but I can't seem to find any for LINUX/VMware... anyone know a good source I could check on this? Thanks in advance!
