eth0 has different MAC address than expected

Hello,

I use VMWare Server 1.0.6 on XP SP2 host. I created a VM CentOS 4.6 (I know it's not supported, but almost same as RHEL) with a fixed IP address, all works fine until I installed the VMWare tools. After rebooting the virtual machine, I receive this message : "eth0 has different MAC address than expected".

Anyone got and solved same issue ?
