VM brutally shutdowned : vmdbPipe_Streams Couldn't read: OVL_STATUS_EOF

Hi, we have a very bad problem. Ours VM are brutally shutdowned itselft. Is anybody has already encountered a such problem ? We have tried to reinstall vmware server (we have the last).
