64-bit Guest OS on a 32-bit Host OS? Is it possible?

I have VMWare Server 1.0.2 on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 (32-bit) with 8GB RAM.  When I looked up the CPU (Xeon 2.8GHz) on Intel's site, it looks like it supports EM64T...

I'm wondering if it's possible to use a 64-bit VMWare image on the 32-bit Host?

When I try to create a 64-bit VMWare image, it says 64-bit Guest OSes won't run on that system.
