Error 1305 on Install of data1.cab file in application

Hi. I'm a bit of a newbie with VMware,but have attempted to searched the communities.

Have installed the free server virtualisation, installed Windows 2003 R2 and SQL Server. I am trying to install our application, SAP Business One, have completed the server tools install, but struggling to get through the Server side install. When the install is running and accessing the Data1.cab file, i am getting the following windows error.

If i click retry it lets me go on a bit longer before appearing again. Note the install files are located on the C: of the VM

Any tips would be great
