I created a new VM on my desktop PC to keep my podcasts current. It's working fine on my local machine running 1.0.3 of VMWare Server under Windows XP Pro but when I attempt to move the machine to my server running 1.0.3 under Windows 2000 and try to power on the machine I get the error 0xc0000142 Application failed to initialize.
There are two other machines running fine on that server but I have two VMs that I can't get to power on.
