Host - Win2K3 Enterprise Edition, 8GB RAM, but can create VM of max 2GB

Hi,

I have VMWare Server 1.0.3 on Win 2003 Enterprise Edition with 8 GB RAM. The OS and VMware both see the 8GB, but I can create a VM with maximum 2GB RAM, and and can only bring up a VM with 900MB. There is nothing else running on the server!

Any help would be vry highly appreciated.
