Windows 2k small bussiness server Virtualization whith FAT partition C:

Hello and thank's, I'm trying to virtualice an Windows 2k Small Bussiness Server.

Before various attempts to use p2vconverter without success, I restore a ghost image. But installation have two partitions, one little FAT with minimun to start (about 100 mb) and one NTFS with the rest of operating system. I read that they need two phisical disks to made this and I create, but I'm not capable to vmware start this virtual server. Why?
