Hi, can anyone pls help me with this problem? I have a GSX 3.2 server (running on win2003 sp2 32-bit) that runs 2 VMs. One of the VMs runs Exchange 2003 SP2 (win2003 sp2) and has recently failed to startup after its shutdown for a robocopy every morning. I can start the from the VM Console and the VM comes up quite happily. I've seen posts where there the VM fails to start completely, but none where it can be started from the console. Events, vmx, and vmware log posted below. Thanks for any help on this - Raiph
