How to remove an old network card after VMware Conversion

Hi,

I used VMware Convertor to import an physical Windows 2000 Server into VMServer 1.0.6. However, when I enters a static IP address on its

emulated network cards, the IP address is assigned to the "Intel XXXX network card" (The old network card). However, this Intel

network card is hidden and not found in device manager. Does any experts know how to remove it from the virtual machine?

Because I don't want to have any confusion on the configuration.
