Cant able to create windows 2003 server virtual machine.

hi,

   i am trying to create a virtual machine with windows 2003 server(OS)..i have created a VM and insert a iso file into the VM.then start the vm..but after going through a couple of steps, when i enter to start the installation, it is showing that.."not find any hard disk drive installed on your computer"..

I need a quick solution.

Please give a answer as soon as possible.
