How do I transfer files between host and guest without network access?

Hi all,

I am running VMWARE Server with Windows XP as both the host and guest OS. Host and guest are on the same laptop.

I am trying to transfer files between the host and guest OS but I don't have network access. I only have a wireless card which is not detected by the guest OS and thus I cannot create a network share or do FTP transfer between the host and guest OS's.

How can I copy files between host and guest without network access?
