VmWare networking problems

Hi,

I have Centos 5.1 (64 bit) host (VmWare Server 1.0.6), and I want to have (finally) 4 guests on it 2 WinXP guests (with SQL Server 2005 Express) and  2 Centos 5.1 guests (both 32 bit). I started with one WinXp and one CentOS. I setup bridged networking on both of them. My server has IP 67.159.5.196, and I was given another IP range for use 66.90.81.130-134. I setup static IPs on both guests (66.90.81.130, 66.90.81.132), same gateway and dns servers as on host and results I get are following:

1. CentOS guest does not have internet connectivity at all. Pinging anything does not work (network unreachable), including host, gateway. I tried all possible network configurations, restarted network, restarted OS, nothing helps.

2. WinXP works with exact same settings as in CentOS guest but when I thought everything was OK and put it in production environment, people started to complain of continuous disconnects, and someone can connect to the same service and someone can not (for example FTP, SQL Server) and many have random disconnects and slow network response. From my PC everything works perfectly and I can access WinXP by its public address (66.90.81.130), so I could not know there were connectivity problems until other people started to connect. Too much requests are not problem, since even if only one person at the moment tries from address where disconnects happen he still gets disconnected or can not connect at all (randomly).

some Centos data:

log: http://pastebin.com/m793c7dd1

vmx: http://pastebin.com/m76ce651

host ifconfig: http://pastebin.com/m4ea3b518

guest if config: http://imagebin.ca/view/ejMMEVe.html  (this is picture since only way to transfer was to print screen of host through VNC)

MACs are different and even if only one VM works everything is the same.

Please help. What could be the problem? Would running everything on Windows 2003 Server host change anything? Is my servers NIC ok?

Can I somehow "purge", "flush", "reset", etc network settings, reinstall VmWare, anything which could help, please advise.

Thank you in advance.
