Where can I find LSI Logic SCSI Drivers for Windows 2003 VM Guest for use with BartPE?

I have seen numerous posts about related topics but I cannot find the necessary drivers.

I am booting a Windows 2003 SP2 Guest VM, which is hosted by VMWare Server 1.0.3, using BartPE. I can boot up just fine but DISKPART is unable to see the hard disks. I have attempted to include vmscsi drivers 1.2.0.4 and 1.2.0.2 using the F6 option when BartPE boots but neither of them works. The driver that is in use on the guest is LSI Logic PCI-X Ultra320 version 1.10.05.00, but I am unable to find this anywhere to download.
