VMWare Server 1.0.10, host OS is Windows 7 64bit, the guest OS is Windows XP 32bit. This setup has worked fine for over a year, then recently I found that after a day or so VMware would no longer boot guest vm's that are powered down. Currently powered on machines worked until I powered off, and then I couldn't get them to start back up. A reboot of the host machine lets them work again, but this is not desireable and this only just started happening recently.
The guest log files all have this when they fail to boot -
