We downloaded vmware server a few days ago. We have installed it on two separate new HP Proliant Servers running MS Server 2003 Enterprise 64-bit (to get beyond the 4GB RAM use limitation of the Standard version). We have created virtual machines on both servers installing MS Server 2003 32-bit Ent on one and 3 VMs with MS Server 2003 32-bit Std on the other. Neither of the 4 VMs will connect to our network. The host servers connect fine and the VM servers have their NICs configured to talk on our network. Doing an ipconfig on the VMs confirm their proper settings for our network. I've attempted to locate articles on these issues in the vmware KB but so far can't find anything to point me at the issue or any resolution. Can anyone out there help?
